Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Provide informed consent and agree to participate in and attend all online psychological education courses; 3. Can read English; 4. More than 10 points of PHQ-9; 5. Recognize any PTSD symptoms on the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a clinical diagnosis of learning disability, dementia, and/or cognitive impairment, and therefore may have difficulty understanding psychoeducational content; 2. Participants with a clinical diagnosis of a mental disorder (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, early psychosis); 3. Participants who self-report repeated suicidal ideation, suicide attempts, or plans to kill in the past two weeks will also be excluded and advised to seek professional help first.
