Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, subtrochanteric fracture and other well-defined hip fractures; 3. Patients undergoing surgical treatment for primary hip fracture; 4. Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally; 5. Complete clinical data and follow-up data are available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture caused by diseases such as joint tuberculosis and tumor; 2. Conservative treatment such as traction for hip fracture due to poor physical conditions; 3. High-energy injuries such as car accidents and high falls; 4. Multiple trauma, affecting postoperative functional exercise and even amputation patients.
