Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 30-70 years, patients with subxiphoid video-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics, severe coagulation disorder; 2. Obvious spinal deformity and obesity; 3. History of chronic pain; 4. People with a history of alcohol, drug abuse and mental illness.
