Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric cancer patients confirmed by histopathology and with TNM stage II-? to receive surgery and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in line with NCCN guidelines; 2. Node ctDNA test was positive after receiving first-line adjuvant chemotherapy; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Expected survival greater than 6 months; 5. General condition: ECOG 0-2; 6. Normal blood biochemical indexes, normal liver and kidney function; 7. Able to understand the research scheme, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent; 8. Good compliance, able to cooperate with the collection of specimens at each node and provide corresponding clinical information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who participated in other clinical trials within three months; 2. Other malignant tumors within 3 years before the diagnosis of gastric cancer; 3. Pregnant or lactating people; 4. People with a history of serious mental illness; 5. With an autoimmune disease.
