Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II; 2. Children aged from 1 to 7 years who need laparoscopic surgery for endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia; 3. There was no obvious disease of heart, liver, kidney or nervous system before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to dexmedetomidine, esketamine and other drugs; 2. Children with congenital heart disease, asthma, mental diseases and other diseases; 3. History of respiratory tract infection 1 week before surgery; 4. Preoperative liver and/or renal dysfunction; 5. Long-term use of sedative or analgesic drugs.
