18 Years to 81 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Forty patients aged 18-81 years, no gender limit, were selected for selective collagenase chemonucleolysis; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) class I and class II; 3. Body mass index (body mass index, BMI) 18-24 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases, such as severe coronary heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Endocrine system diseases: pituitary tumor, severe diabetes, hypercortisolism, pheochromocytoma, etc; 3. Sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 4. Anesthetic allergy history; 5. Infection at the puncture site; 6. Mental illness: such as schizophrenia, depression, history of taking chronic analgesic drugs, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence or inability to understand visual analogue scale (VAS); 7. History of hemorrhagic disease or abnormal coagulation function; 8. Patients with anxiety or depression; 9. Pregnant or parturient patients; 10. Circumstances considered by other investigators to be inappropriate for this study.
