40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years; 2. Knee pain (pain that lasted for more than 10 days at least twice in the past year); 3. Imaging standards: Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L) grades included grade 0, grade ?, or MRI whole organ magnetic resonance imaging score (WORMS) less than 50.62; 4. VAS score of 3 or above; 5. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Patients with joint inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, and other diseases affecting lower extremity function; 3. Poor physical condition, suffering from serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases and coagulation dysfunction; 4. Pregnant patients and those who are severely allergic to alcohol; 5. Those who have received knee related surgery within six months.
