18 Years to 49 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical pregnant women receiving IVF-ET (i.e., fetal heartbeat or gestational sac 6-9 weeks after embryo transfer); 2. Aged 18-49 years; 3. SAS standard score >= 50 points (i.e. mild anxiety or above); SDS standard score >= 50 points (i.e. mild depression or above); 4. Patients who own electronic devices such as smart phones, tablets or computers, have access to the Internet and are skilled in using wechat; 5. Ability to read, write and understand; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in peer support based on wechat group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other serious physical diseases, acute and chronic diseases or mental disorders that affect compliance and follow-up; 2. People currently undergoing psychotherapy or participating in similar studies; 3. There is cognitive dysfunction, or poor comprehension or language impairment.
