6 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-7 years; 2. In good general condition, no acute or chronic diseases, gingivitis or oral ulcers, and no history of long-term drug use; 3. Have not participated in other research projects, and can participate in this project for 36 consecutive months; 4. No history of allergies; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal tooth development, such as enamel hypoplasia and dental fluorosis; 2. Fossa and groove were closed during baseline examination; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with inspection, fluorination and pit and ditch sealing.
