40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-?; 2. Aged 40-80 years; 3. BMI 18.5-30kg/m^2; 4. Thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical esophagectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have difficulties in preoperative communication or refuse to participate; 2. History of local anesthetic allergy; 3. History of abdominal surgery; 4. History of opioid abuse; 5. History of neuropsychiatric diseases; 6. Abnormal platelet or clotting function; 7. Poor liver and kidney function and significantly reduced liver blood flow.
