A groups:Six minutes of stepping, 15 minutes of rest, then six minutes of walking

B groups:Six minutes of walking, 15 minutes of rest, then six minutes of stepping

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No major diseases or musculoskeletal disorders affecting exercise; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Normal cognitive function, able to cooperate with the experiment; 4. Voluntary participation, subject sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with severe physical mobility impairments who could not cooperate with the training; 2. Subjects with severe cognitive and psychiatric disorders; 3. Subjects who could not complete the test for some reasons.
