Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the students from 5th grade in the selected schools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who did not attend health education courses or lectures, and students who were lost to follow-up at baseline, post-intervention, and one year later follow-up.
