35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI: 18-30 kg/m^2; 2. Patients receiving periarticular infiltration analgesia (PIA) alone, ACB, or ACB combined with IPACK block; 3. Functional Status of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of non-osteoarthritis (including rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, and suppurative arthritis); 2. Previous knee surgery; 3. Knee flexion deformity >=30 degrees or varus deformity >=30 degrees; 4. History of cognitive impairment, narcotic drug dependence, and mental illness; 5. Allergies to the drugs used in this study.
