ESPB group:Bilateral erector spinal block (0.25% ropivacaine)+ intravenous saline infusion
Lidocaine group:Bilateral eriospinal block (normal saline) + intravenous lidocaine (loading dose 1.5mg/kg, continuous intravenous infusion 2mg/kg/h)
Control group:Bilateral erector spinal block (normal saline) + intravenous saline infusion

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3. ASA Levels 1 to 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic pain, including but not limited to abnormal anatomical structure of the puncture site, drug allergy history related to research, and taking painkillers before surgery; 2. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency and patients with severe heart and brain diseases; 4. Unable to cooperate with the research for any reason, such as language comprehension difficulties, mental illness, etc.; 5. The patient refused to participate.
