18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged range from 18 to 70 years, no gender limit; 2. ASA grading ? ~ ?; 3. 18kg/m^2<BMI<30 kg/m^2; 4. In accordance with the "Guidelines for the Application of Diagnostic Bendable Bronchoscopy (2008)" published by the Respiratory Science Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 5. The operation time of bronchoscopy is expected to be less than 1 hour; 6. Good cough reflex; 7. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 2. Had been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea; 3. Severe upper airway obstruction; 4. Active massive hemoptysis; 5. Bradycardia (HR<60 beats /min); 6. Allergic to study drugs; 7. People who can't communicate and cooperate.
