65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=65 years; (2) Laparoscopic endotracheal intubation was planned for elective surgery under general anesthesia, and the operation time was >=1 hour; (3) comply with ethical principles; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class ?-?; (5) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with apnea syndrome; (2) Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency or respiratory dysfunction who are not expected to be routinely removed; (3) patients who are unable to cooperate or have difficulty communicating; (4) Hemodynamic instability and postoperative direct transfer to ICU; (5) The presence of pulmonary bullae, atelectasis and severe pulmonary infection; (6) History of mental illness, neurological insufficiency, other congenital diseases and drug allergy; (7) Nasal bleeding tendency, severe nasal obstruction, and history of facial trauma; (8) Poor airway protection and high risk of aspiration; (9) Patients diagnosed with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis and other lung diseases; (10) Increased intracranial pressure; (11) Positive pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy test.
