Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as hemorrhagic stroke by CT or MRI after meeting the criteria set by the fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; 2. Meeting the AGE classification criteria of WHO: young and middle-aged patients aged 18 to 59, muscle strength grade 2 to 4; 3. First hemorrhagic stroke; 4. The vital signs are stable and able to understand and cooperate with the investigation; ? Be able to use smart phones; ? Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction and malignant tumors; 2. Patients with consciousness disorder or severe aphasia, apraxia and cognitive dysfunction; 3. Participating in other research projects; 4. illiterate
