Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with pulmonary hypertension first diagnosed in cardiothoracic surgery who underwent partial pneumonectomy or pneumonectomy were selected to obtain lung tissue samples from patients with pulmonary hypertension. Select the patients who underwent partial pulmonary resection due to pulmonary nodules in thoracic surgery and had benign pathological results, and obtain the specimens of benign pulmonary nodules.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pulmonary hypertension were classified according to the guidelines, and patients with non hypoxic pulmonary hypertension were excluded. Pathological screening was conducted for patients with pulmonary nodules, and patients with non benign pulmonary nodules were excluded.
