Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Older adults, aged 65 and over; (2) Normal or corrected-to-normal vision and hearing; (3) Able to understand and coordinate (ability to follow instructions for testing); (4) Ability to walk independently without a walking aid; (5) Signing a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with psychiatric or neurological disease; (2) People suffering from serious heart diseases, lung diseases and skeletal muscle diseases; (3) Hachinski Ischemic Scale>=4; (4) Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)>=11; (5) Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL)=0.5)
