18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age-related cataract patients who intend to be implanted with PanOptix Toric bilaterally or unilaterally; Eyes with preoperative regular corneal astigmatism >0.75 D which are candidates for AcrySof IQ PanOptix Toric T3-T6 IOLs (predicted residual astigmatism below 0.75D); 22.5mm=Preoperative AL<26.5mm; Willing to participate in the study and complete the follow-up visits after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other eye disorders (e.g. amblyopia, trauma, glaucoma, macular degeneration or other retinal impairment) that could affect the rotational stability or visual outcomes. Patients with systemic disease which could influence the eye like diabetes and hyperthyroidism. Patients with a history of other ocular surgery. Patients who plan to have any other eye surgery except cataract surgery. Patients with intraoperative or postoperative complications.
