Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged >=18 years, regardless of gender 2: Patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and receiving anti-PD-1 immunotherapy 3: ICI effectiveness assessment after 2 courses of treatment: primary resistance or secondary resistance 4: Refractory irAE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Vital signs unstable 2: Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, or infectious colitis 3: Usage of antibiotics or probiotics 4: intolerance to or failure in colonoscope examination 5: Patient confirmed with colitis before anti-PD-1 treatment 6: Pregnancy and lactation
