Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All met the diagnostic criteria of liver cirrhosis. 2. Volunteer to participate in the study. 3. Have the ability of normal communication and understanding. 4. Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult to communicate with researchers because of language barrier and hearing impairment. 2. Failure to complete the MoCA test (i.e., non-Chinese language, inappropriate level of consciousness, etc.). 3. Significant hepatic encephalopathy (person, place, or time disorientation) at the study test. 4. Active malignant tumor or end-stage renal disease. 5. Dementia was diagnosed. 6. Disagree with this researcher.
