Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical patients in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 need to undergo invasive operations, such as nerve block, arterial puncture catheterization, deep venipuncture catheterization, etc., age 18-90, male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients refused to participate in this trial, (2) Coagulation dysfunction, (3) Remazolam allergy
