18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy Chinese male or female between the ages of 18-55 2) Free from intestinal diseases. 3) No antibiotic, prebiotic or probiotic intake for at least three months. 4) Regular routine and healthy diet. 5) Subjects participated voluntarily and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Aged less than 18 or more than 55 years. 2) Those with acute or chronic inflammatory or infectious diseases, or who are receiving antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or any other medications that may affect the gut microbiota in the 3 months prior 3) Those with a prior history of gastrointestinal surgery or the presence of organic lesions of the rectum or colon (e.g., intestinal tumors, colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, etc.) 4) Those with serious organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and stroke 5) Those suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS 6) Those who are alcoholics (more than 5 drinks in 1 week, with an average of more than 2 taels of white wine or half a kilo of yellow wine or 5 bottles of beer each time) 7) Those who cannot guarantee sufficient time to participate in this project 8) Those with allergies or the presence of allergy to gluten.
