Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for stroke; 2. Meet the TCM diagnostic criteria of apoplexy; 3. Clinical neurological impairment (NDS) scale score >9 points; It belongs to Brunstrom stage ?-?; 4.Cerebrovascular accidents of the internal carotid artery system were confirmed by head imaging; 5. First-time stroke patients with a course of disease between 2 weeks and 6 months after acute onset; 6. After stroke, muscle tone of the limbs increased symptoms, and did not take any drugs affecting muscle tone within two weeks; 7. Age of onset 40-75 years old; 8. clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 9. Patients themselves or their relatives sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney failure, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, or diabetic ketoacidosis; 2. Cognitive dysfunction (such as dementia) or mental illness, psychiatric patients; 3. Secondary epilepsy, brain trauma, brain tumor, cerebral parasitic disease; Patients treated with hyperthrombolytic therapy; Large area cerebral infarction or cerebral hernia tendency; Or cerebral embolism caused by rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Motor dysfunction (such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity, fracture, trauma, etc.); 6. Skin disease or skin damage; 7. stroke frequency >=2 times; 8. Within two weeks of taking drugs that affect muscle tone.
