Intraoperative hypotension

Interventions

Intermittent pneumatic compression pump (IPC) set:IPC was bound to the lower limbs of patients in IPC group and intermittent pneumatic compression (40-60mmHg) was given until the end of the operation
control group:IPC was bound to the lower limbs of patients in the control group, but no inflation was applied

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body mass index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m^2 in obese patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; (2) The age is between 18-60 years old; (3) ASA 1~3, no serious complications of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; (4) Subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recent or previous history of thromboembolism; (2) Congenital or acquired coagulation defect; (3) Have a history of anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy for other diseases; (4) Patients who cannot remove the trachea catheter and transfer to ICU after operation; (5) Severe atherosclerotic calcification of lower limbs; (6) Dermatitis or local exudation of legs; (7) lower limb deformity; (8) acute stage after vein ligation; (9) Gangrene; (10) Recent lower limb skin transplantation
