Chronic non-specific low back pain

Interventions

TCM Meridian Conditioning Robot Group:Participants in this group will be pressed the bladder meridian in the back by TCM Meridian Conditioning Robot . Each session lasted about 30min, 3 times a week f
Pain Education Group:Participants in this group will receive a book, named "Low back pain - prevention and treatment". Each week, the subjects received a 1-2 page poster about the book
The researcher will call for Participants to ask about the pain, adverse event, and gave corresponding solutions for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain; (2) Age of subjects>= 18 years old, =4, <8; (4) Those who can read and comprehend and complete the pain education manual and low back pain related scale; (5) Lumbar spine imaging (such as X-ray, CT, MRI) in the past 1 year, no signs of serious spinal lesions (such as fracture, inflammation, infection, or tumor); (6) Those who give informed consent and are willing to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with serious diseases such as heart, liver and kidney hematopoietic system (2) Pregnant or lactating women (3) Patients with skin ulcers (4) Low back pain or other signs of spinal surgery with specific causes such as moderate to severe scoliosis malignant tumor fracture above grade I spondylolisthesis (5) Ankylosing spondylitisRheumatoid arthritisFibromyalgia syndrome and other diseases that cause pain in rheumatology and immunology (6) Patients with bleeding disorders (such as hemophilia). (7) Patients who have received similar meridian conditioning device treatment in the past 3 months or are doing physical therapy (including acupuncture and massage laser, etc.) in the past 1 month (8) Use of corticosteroids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 1 week or a history of allergy to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (9) Patients with poor compliance who cannot actively cooperate with examination and treatment Any one of the above is excluded
