Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18~85 years old; Informed consent; the main types of cardiac surgery include valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, and repair of large vessels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 85 years old; heart transplant patients; patients who had previously received renal replacement therapy or kidney transplantatio
