Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosticed as stroke by cranial CT or MRI in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular diseases in China (version 2019) (2) being employed before stroke (3) participants provided with informed consent and asked for volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: were pregnancy, intellectual disability, debilitating mental health disorders, malignant tumors or neurologic disease (Alzheimer disease), and preexisting medical conditions that could interfere with outcome assesments.
