35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the western diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction; (2) patients with TCM diagnosis of acute stage of genuine pain; (3) Age >=35 years and <=80 years; (4) Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Western medicine diagnosed TIA, hemorrhagic stroke and mixed stroke; (2) patients with severe hypertension, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, hematopoietic diseases, or severe liver or kidney dysfunction (ALT > 3 times normal value, Scr > 221µmol/L), severe consumption or malignant tumor, or other serious primary diseases with complex symptoms; (3) Patients with mental disorders or unable to correctly understand and accurately describe TCM syndromes and their family members cannot express them on their behalf, resulting in inaccurate medical records; (4) pregnant or lactating women; (5) If the medical history is not detailed, the data cannot be extracted.
