Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who undergo routine antenatal examination in the outpatient department of Nantong Women's and Children's Health Care Hospital and are scheduled to give birth in the hospital; 2. Gestation week (24–28 weeks); Single tire, 3. Age >=20 years old; 4. There is no indication for premature delivery (such as premature rupture of membranes, placenta previa, placental abruption, etc.); 5. Gestation pressure is moderate and severe, with scale score >=1 point; 6. No communication impairment in reading and consent to participate in the study. 7. Her spouse had normal understanding and cognitive ability, clear expression ability, informed consent, and was willing to cooperate to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The maternal or spouse suffering from disorder of consciousness, mental illness; 2. The pregnant woman has diabetes, hypertension or other internal and surgical emergencies before pregnancy; 3. No husband's company during the maternity examination; Divorced or separated from the spouse; 4. Fetal deformity or abnormal development.
