20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male, 24-45 years old, confirmed as varicocele by color Doppler ultrasound, patients with grade II or III varicocele, patients who underwent ligation of spermatic vein under microscope and kept preoperative and postoperative samples, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Infectious diseases; b. Hereditary diseases; c. Systemic diseases; d. History of trauma and surgical accidents; e. AZF gene deletion; f. Chromosome abnormality; g. Recent and long-term oral drug history.
