Interventions

Multimodal analgesia group:Maintenance and postoperative analgesia induced by ketamine, 30 ml of 0.5 % ropivacaine for transverse abdominal fascia block and postoperative intravenous pump analgesia
transverse abdominal muscle fascia block group:Postoperative intravenous analgesia with 0.5 % ropivacaine 30 ml after anesthesia induction
Intravenous pump analgesia group:Postoperative intravenous pump analgesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65, no cognitive impairment, no severe cardiopulmonary disease, cardiac function II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction, cardiac function above grade 3, decompensated pulmonary disease
