18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-65 years; Gender agnostic; ASA Grading II-III; BMI15-30kg/m^2 Ethically, patients are voluntarily tested; Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are neuromuscular disorders present; Liver, kidney or cardiovascular dysfunction; Patients are treated with calcium channel blockers or magnesium medications; Anesthesia time > 5 hours; Patients refuse to participate in the study; Other physical or mental illnesses make it impossible to answer pain scores.
