Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is from 18 to 70 years old, male or female. According to the consensus of dry eye experts in 2020, it meets the diagnostic criteria of moderate and severe dry eyes 3. Eyesight of daily life =>= 0.1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) highly sensitive to cyclosporine and / or any drug; (2) complicated with diseases other than cataract that affect vision, such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc. (3) immunosuppressants other than cyclosporine are being used or treated. (4) severe primary diseases and malignant tumors such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system; (5) history of drug use, drug abuse or malignant tumor; (6) severe, recurrent and chronic infection after or recently after organ transplantation, including HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, etc.; (7) women of pregnancy, lactation or planned pregnancy age. 8 use of corneal contact lenses or current or recent use of lacrimal plugs; 9 plans for eye surgery during recent eye surgery or research.
