Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for acute ischemic stroke; (2) Those who meet the diagnosis of acute stage of the meridian in traditional Chinese medicine (without coma); (3) Aged >= 35 years old and <= 80 years old; (4) The patient himself or his legal guardian signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Western medicine diagnosed as TIA, hemorrhagic stroke and mixed stroke; (2) Patients with severe hypertension, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, complicated symptoms of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system or other serious primary diseases; (3) Those with mental illness or unable to correctly understand and accurately express TCM syndromes and their family members cannot express on their behalf, resulting in inaccurate medical records; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Those whose medical history records are not detailed and cannot be extracted.
