18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) MRI/CT showed cervical disc herniation with compression of the cervical nerve root; (2) neck and/or arm pain and/or numbness, and the foraminal compression test was able to reproduce the symptoms; (3) neck or arm pain for >= 90 days; (4) age 18-70 years; (5) a neck dysfunction index score of >=10 points; (6) proficiency in smartphone use; (7) having a family member to provide assistance; and (8) voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of cervical spine fracture, subluxation or operation; (2) spinal infection and malignant tumor; (3) known drug abuse; (4) diagnosed as mental disorder; (5) unfamiliar with Chinese; (6) severe osteoporosis.
