Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients requiring OGTT test, aged 18-80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. No special medical history (such as heart valve replacement, etc.) or history of taking anticoagulants; 3. The subjects had no unilateral arm fistula, and the blood vessels were thick, straight and elastic; 4. Subjects voluntarily participate in the program and sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject or family members refuse to give informed consent; 2. Those who are unable to take care of themselves for any reason; 3. The subject has upper limb fistula; 4. Subjects have special medical history (heart valve replacement, etc.) and history of taking anticoagulants; 5. The poor vascular condition of the subject makes it difficult to conduct indwelling needle puncture.
