Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients older than 65 years old 2.undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia 3.with surgery duration longer than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to sign the informed consent form 2. Inability to complete the preoperative evaluation due to severe dementia, speech impairment, coma, end-stage disease, etc. 3. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the clinician or investigator for participation in this study
