Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the IBS-C Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria. 2.Serum 5-HT,SP concentration below normal,IBS severity scale score >175 3.People aged between 20-80 years old. 4.Able to adhere to the treatment as planned can be followed up. 5.Patients are conscious and can actively cooperate with the treatment, examination and complete the assessment items correctly described. 6.The patient himself or relatives signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not meeting the above diagnostic requirements and inclusion criteria. 2.Those with normal serum 5-HT and SP concentrations,IBS severity scale score <175 3.Patients less than 20 years of age or more than 80 years of age, pregnant or lactating. 4.Patients suffering from serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic system and psychiatric diseases. 5.Those who receive other relevant treatments that may affect the observation of effect indicators in this study.
