Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 1 month ~ 18 years old. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of 2020 International Guidelines for Saving Sepsis Campaign: Management of Septic Shock and Sepsis-Related Organ Dysfunction in Children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Myocardial cell injury or ischemic myocardial disease, congenital heart disease, specific cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, Kawasaki disease, end-stage renal disease, cardiothoracic trauma, history of cardiopulmonary resuscitation within 14 days, lactate metabolism related diseases, and idiopathic arrhythmias were excluded.
