Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria According to the diagnostic criteria of MS in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese Adults (2016 Revised edition) [17], patients with 3 or more items of the following can be diagnosed. (1) Abdominal obesity: men WC>90cm, female WC>85cm, or BMI>=25. (2) TG>=1.7 mmol/L. (3) High density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c) =130/85 mmHg. (5) FPG>=6.1 mmol/L, or 2h after glucose load >=7.8 mmol/L, or a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Inclusion Criteria (1) Being between the ages of 18–55 years. (2) Patients who have not received effective treatment. (3) No other therapy (such as cupping and scraping) was performed within 12 weeks of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious liver, kidney, heart, brain complications. (2) With mental illness or cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with this study. (3) Allergic constitution and pregnant or lactating women. (4) There is a contraindication of acupuncture.
