18 Years to 27 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unvaccinated adults aged 18–27 years who were negative for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, regardless of sex; 2. People who meet the vaccination requirements; 3. Good health; 4. No adverse reaction of black rice diet (black rice diet group); 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious gastrointestinal diseases, affecting food digestion and absorption; 2. The daily diet contains a large amount of anthocyanins.
