Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (ASA) Grade I-III physical condition, 18-80 years old, BMI: 19-28kg/m^2, patients who plan to undergo double hole thoracoscopic partial pneumonectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics, have severe heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood coagulation disorder, puncture site infection, have a history of thoracic spine surgery, have taken painkillers before surgery, taken glucocorticoids for a long time, depend on opioids, have mental disorders, or cannot complete VAS scores
