Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) According to the diagnostic criteria, patients were definitely diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris; 2) Gender is not limited; 3) Age 18-70; 4) Inpatients receiving treatment in Shanghai Dermatology Hospital and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Dermatology Hospital; 5) Those who sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the questionnaire survey and disease severity assessment of the subject;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or lactating women; 2) Patients with serious primary diseases or psychosis, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, and hematopoietic system; 3) Those who have communication barriers and cannot complete the questionnaire independently; 4) Those who do not use drugs as required, cannot judge the efficacy, or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
