Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke (symptoms, signs, imaging indicators, etc.); · The diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage is based on the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019: 1. Acute onset; 2.The symptoms of functional impairment of the kitchen God meridian (a few are comprehensive neurological impairment), often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure and varying degrees of consciousness disorder; 3. Head CT or MRI showed bleeding focus; 4. Non-vascular cerebral causes were excluded. · Ischemic stroke was diagnosed according to Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018: 1. Acute onset; 2. The kitchen god Jing function defect (one side of the face or limb weakness or numbness, language disorders, etc.), a few of the total nerve function defect; 3.Imaging of responsible lesions or symptoms and signs lasting for more than 24 hours; 4. Exclude non-vascular causes; 5. Cerebral CT/MRI to exclude cerebral hemorrhage. (2) Age 18-85 years old, first onset, course of disease 1-6 months after stroke; (3) Lower extremity improved Ashworth grade =2; (4) Two levels of standing balance; (5) Able to walk at least 15 meters independently with the aid; (6) Able to understand and follow instructions: (7) The condition was stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patient with severe cognitive impairment and speech disorder, unable to cooperate with the training; (2) hemianopsia with visual impairment; (3) vertigo, tinnitus and other vestibular dysfunction; (4) those with severe bone and joint diseases, severe heart and lung diseases, and unable to train; (5) patients with disease deterioration.
