Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years old; 2.After heart valve replacement; 3.Only taking oral warfarin anticoagulation after surgery, and receiving regular anticoagulation monitoring (INR as a monitoring indicator); 4.Follow-up, and a stable warfarin dose can be determined (using This dose has three consecutive INR target values ??between 1.5-2.5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (before or after surgery); 2. Concomitant use of aspirin or other drugs that affect coagulation; 3. Anticoagulation complications (thrombosis, embolism or bleeding) during anticoagulation; 4. Complications related to anticoagulation of death.
