Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Hypertension was diagnosed according to the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension 2020. ?The age is = 65 years old. ?Invasive mechanical ventilation is required due to pneumonia. The ventilator parameter inhalation oxygen concentration is controlled at about 40% and pulse oxygen saturation is maintained at more than 95% all the time. ?Hemodynamic monitoring is carried out.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, arrhythmia, severe heart failure (NYHA cardiac function grade III-IV), shock, pulmonary malignant tumor.The operation is not approved by patients and their families.
