Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy under general anesthesia, 2. No gender limitation, 3. Age 18-64 years old, 4.BMI 18-30kg/m2, 5.ASA grade ? or ?, 6.No allergic history of local anesthetics, 7. No serious coagulation abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental abnormality, alcohol and drug abuse; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Inability to perform VAS score with normal coordination; 4. Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, brain and kidney.
