Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of bipolar disorder must meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and is currently a major depressive episode. (2)16-60 years old; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score above 18 points; And HCL-32 scale score is less than 12 points; (4) Right-handed, Han
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of substance dependence; A mental illness or medical history that meets the diagnostic criteria for SCID Axis I; Brain trauma, epilepsy or other organic brain diseases; (2) Laboratory examination shows liver and kidney function impairment or other serious physical diseases and metabolic disorders; (3) Patients with contraindications to ECT and fMRI; (4) Pregnant or lactating patients; (5) previous family history of epilepsy or seizure history; (6) The treatment plan is not the author or can not be effectively completed
